Step 3; I Renamed Those Layers So Theres No Actual "Highlight" Or "Main" Specific Layer Its Just Layers.
Step 4; After You Have The Two Pieces Overlapping Eachother , You Erase The Parts Of The One On Top To Make It Look Like Its Highlighted. You Can Do Step 4 On All The Pieces Of Your Desired Highlighted Hair Pieces.
The Rest Is Pretty Self-Explanetory..
